Can I pick up my order in person?
Orders can be collected from Swan View WA. The address will be provided to you once your order is complete. If you don't live in Perth, a shipping option is available at the checkout.
What are the payment options?
Payments are only accepted through our website.
What is your return policy?
If your order has been damaged in the post and you provide proof, you will be refunded in full. Refunds are not given for change of mind.
I've just purchased a personalised item online, will I see a proof before the item is made?
Definitely! Make sure your phone number and email address are correct at the checkout as this is how you will be contacted with your proof. If you need to get in touch prior to hearing from us, please email littledesignco@outlook.com
Are the serving boards engraved or is vinyl used?
All serving board artwork is engraved, which means the design is permanent.
Can I serve food on my board or are they for decorative purposes only?
You can absolutely serve food from your board. It is 100% safe to do so, and the food washes off easily, so it wont get stuck in the engraved design.
What is the turn around time for orders?
The turn around time for orders is approximately 7 days. This means that, generally speaking, your order will leave our hands within 7 days. An extension on the turn around time may occur if there is a delay in you approving your proof or if you ask for multiple changes to the artwork. If you need your order urgently for an event or a gift, you can take advantage of our priority service for an additional fee of $10, and your order can be completed within 48hours of payment being received. How can I take care of my serving board?
It is recommended that you oil your board periodically with a specialised board oil or with any food oil (such as olive oil). You dont need much - just rub about a 10-20c piece size over the board. It is recommended that you wash your board in warm soapy water and do not use a dishwasher.
Will my board look exactly the same as the board in the photo?
As they are made from wood, each board has its own natural grain, colour and curves, which is what gives each board its own character. Where the board is lighter in colour the engraving will also appear lighter.
